Teams will be placed in brackets based on their team's history in leagues and tournaments. Every effort will be made to create competitive brackets with teams that you would normally not see during your regular league seasons.

The Tournament Director will schedule the tournament. Special scheduling requests (coaches with two teams) will be considered if the requests do not joepardize the integrity and competitive spirit of the tournament. All teams should be ready to play by 9am on Friday, but requests for a late start on Friday will be considered for teams that are NOT in the premier groups AND are at partner hotels. This may allow those teams to save the Thursday night hotel stay. However, these requests cannot affect the integrity and competitive spirit of the tournament. Schedules will be available on the website on August 3 (U15-U19) and on August 10 (U9-U14). All schedules will be available by clicking on the 'Schedules' link to the left. We encourage everyone (coaches, managers, players, parents) to register their cell phone number &/or email address with the notification system that is part of the scheduling software. This system will send scores and any game change information to all registered users. Scores will be sent immediately after being posted; typically 45 minutes after each game.
