BRING TO TEAM CHECK-IN

Official Tournament Roster:
Seven TYPED copies of the Official Nike Mt Hood Challenge Roster Form. NO Exceptions. All roster data (names and birthdays) must be on our form and it must be typed. Once typed, you may make the seven copies. The U9 and U10 teams can roster up to 18 players. The U11-U19 teams can roster up to 22 players. However, no more than 18 players can be listed on the match roster to play in a particular game so you must cross off any players above the eighteen that might be listed on the approved roster prior to the start of the match.

Player Cards:
Individual player cards for every player on your roster. Cards do not need to be laminated, have pictures or be signed. The birth dates on the cards must match the birth dates on the roster. We can accept player cards from any of the national governing bodies as long as they are not expired. ALL players on a team must have player cards from the same issuing organization - USYSA or US Club Soccer or AYSO. Get with your club registrar to get this taken care of prior to arriving for the tournament.

Travel Papers:
Out-of-state US Youth Soccer Association teams no longer need to bring approved travel papers to team check-in if you are from Region IV, but you must get approval from your State Association to travel to Oregon. All other USYSA states will need to bring travel papers. If you are a US Club Soccer team, you need your official US Club Soccer Roster in addition to the seven copies of the Official Tournament Roster.
